SALES CONDITIONS
We have a several broad conditions of sale which are common to all customers and some specific conditions as if our customer resell our products, that is, store or business is or whether a particular customer.
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS:
1- SCOPE
These general conditions of sale apply to all purchases of products offered by Eskol ARENART SL through its website www.earenart.net
2- SELLER

The products offered for sale are defined in the description. The photos of the products displayed on the website are not contractual.
5- PRICE
Prices shown include VAT. If you have registered as a SHOP / BUSINESS you will find prices without VAT tax, once the order is finished the buyer will find the total amount with tax included.
Eskol ARENART SL reserves the right to modify at any time the sales prices contained in www.earenart.net
6- SHIPPING
Orders will be sent via message and delivered within 24-48 business hours after the order has been validated. Once the order has shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can check the status of the shipment.

7-ORDER
Orders are placed through the web www.earenart.net, registering as a user and providing the data required in the registration form and must provide an e-mail valid for Eskol ARENART, SL. I can confirm receipt and acceptance of your order.
The fact of placing an order implies acceptance of price, product description and general conditions of sale.
Eskol ARENART, SL. reserves the right to cancellation of an order when no response is obtained by the client on various aspects of the order, the data required for the shipment of goods and payment thereof are provided, fraudulent behavior is observed or payment is invalidated for any reason.

9. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING ORDER

In any case the unavailability of a product qualifies for compensation of any kind.
10- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 68 and 101 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the Customer shall have a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the contract goods to withdraw from the contract without justifying its decision and without penalty.

The breaks or other incidents in the supplied items should contact within 24 hours from the date of delivery, by telephone or FAX directly to Eskol ARENART or transportation agency.
After this time DO NOT ALLOW ANY CLAIM. Breaks should be stored in its original packaging to our carrier pass them up.
12. JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by law española.Las parties submit, at its option, to resolve conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, the courts of your domicile.
13- WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED

B. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS TO STORE SALES / BUSINESS:
1. Valid for retail (retail) Tarifa. Prices DON'T have VAT included.
2. The amount of (not VAT included) minimum order for Paid Portes are:
a. 250 € for Spain (peninsula except Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
b. € 500 for Portugal and the Balearic Islands
c. € 1,000 for Canary, Ceuta and Melilla.Para these areas the office of origin is charged.
For orders below such quantities Customer will pay the shipping costs.
3. REMAINS OF ORDERS that have been pending with value less than € 60 won't delivery free transport charges.
4. The approximate delivery time is 7-15 days.
5. The breaks or other incidents in the supplied items should contact within 24 hours from the date of delivery, by telephone or FAX directly to Eskol ARENART or transportation agency.
After this time DO NOT ALLOW ANY CLAIM. Breaks should be stored in its original packaging to our carrier pass them up.
6. Please examine the package carefully before accepting the delivery note as ARENART has insured shipments with his usual transport company.
7. Returns of items:
7.1 Returns of items allowed in the following cases:
a. Without warning by the customer.
b. Incomplete units or unsealed.
c. Manipulated or damaged genre.
d. After 10 days of the date of delivery without any incidence or communicated breakage.
7.2 If, exceptionally, an unjustified return (for trade agreement) is accepted, the products are subject to a depreciation of 20% on the price charged.
7.3 Returns must be sent directly to Eskol ARENART, SL., CAN NOT DELIVER our representatives and BEARINGS ARE ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMER.
8. Payment terms:
a. Initial orders will be handled in cash.
b. Subsequent orders will be attended by bank transfer within 30 days of the date of the invoice prior to signing the mandate Mandate (NORMA SEPA).
c. For orders outside Spain payment is made in cash by wire transfer to receive proforma-invoice.
d. Non-payment or refund of an invoice (or receipt) involves the temporary suspension of supplies by Arenart. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. And next order will be delivered prior bank transfer of the amount thereof.
9. All orders placed by customers involve the acceptance of the above conditions. In case of disagreement, judges and courts of Figueres (Girona) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
